failed to deliver after more than one month, would advise not to use this supplier

i ordered items based on a stated delivery guide of 1-3 days. items were said to have been despatched on 4th working day. I chased delivery 1 week after despatch date only to be told that delivery was via royal mail and could take upto 15 working days. I said this was unacceptable and requested a credit only to be told that packing and delivery costs would be deducted. At this stage i said that i would get my credit card company to cancel the charge due to non delivery after waiting for more than 4 weeks.. This they have done.
I have since obtained the items from an alternative source at a cheaper price.
After ordering more than a hundred items via the internet this is the first time that i have not received the goods!

Sorry to hear this, we always need something in writing to confirm non-delivery, verbal over the phone is not acceptable. 15 days is not for delivery but to make a claim via Royal Mail.
