nice product but long delivery and difficult to contact!

Delivery took longer than stated and tried calling several times with no answer. When I finally did manage to speak to someone on the phone I found out no name or proper address was given to the delivery firm.... Made delivery a bit tricky to say the least!. Come on.
Nice tap at a decent price though.
