Although we had trouble finding the London Pass kiosk, we found that the value of the Pass was a compensation for the frustration we felt as we wandered around Trafalgar Square. We were looking for a street address, and walked by the kiosk, which is located in the middle of two converging streets. Had a nice Italian food lunch, and my wife and I discussed whose fault it was. Guess how that conversation ended! Once we had our passes, the chance to use them for public transit and all the attractions was a boon to our stay in London. The booklet showed us attractions we would not have found otherwise, including my favorite: Handel House. I stood in the room where George Frederick Handel composed his music. It still gives me chills, seven months later.
