'T'ee-rific Service ......!

Well, my friends.....what can I say?

I ordered a 'hoodie' some time ago, and was so pleased with it, I ordered another one for another company I am setting up.

When the second one arrived, I was HORRIFIED!..... It had been printed, and not embroidered as ordered (OR SO I THOUGHT I HAD ORDERED)...!

I telephoned T Shirt Studio straight away, and the VERY NICE LADY was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Having explained that I did not select the embroidery option, she very, very kindly said she could re manufacture my hoodie for a nominal fee of JUST TWO POUNDS!

I asked if she wanted me to return the original garment, and she said NO!

The hoodie duly arrived two days later.

This is what I call FIRST CLASS, GOOD OLD BRITISH SERVICE

If you ever need a hoodie/sweatshirt, dont even think of going anywhere else...there is only one company as far as I am concerned ....TSHIRT STUDIO.

I am so sorry...I cant remember the lady's name I spoke to, but i am sure she will know who she is...THANKS A MILLION
