Very bad customer service.... I wanted to book a ticket Dover - Calais but must have mistakenly put Calais - Dover, I realized my mistake only 30seconds after I paid and rang them on the phone. They asked me 28 pounds to change it, even though the ticket price difference was only 3 pounds! My ferry originally cost me 32 pounds, they basically charged me double.
