Friendly customer service and really quick delivery.

I had some problems paying for my order over the internet and eventually gave up. The next morning I received a phone call from customer services asking whether I had encountered any issues, and whether I would like to continue the order process over the phone instead. The man who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful and I was able to complete my order without effort, which was then delivered promptly. Really good customer service!
