Avoid this company unless you are prepared to sell your phone for a fraction of its value!

I sent off a 4-month old iphone 4 that had been in a case the whole time. I was initially quoted £137. They wrote back claiming that the rear of the case was scratched and only gave me £110!

Furthermore, if I wasn't happy with their "random valuation" they would charge me £10 to send the phone back.

Avoid this company unless you are prepared to sell your phone for a fraction of its value!

Very Slow and Incompetent

I have had the misfortune of several parcels being delivered by this so-called parcel delivery company over the past few months.

On EVERY occasion the parcel has taken over a week to arrive on what was supposed to be a 24-hour service and they usually can't find my address (even though Fed-ex, DHL, UKMail, UPS etc. can!!)

Vetdispense

Very friendly and very good service

I placed an order with vetdispense at 3pm for some cat cystaid and it arrived the following morning.

Sage Pay

Possibly the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with

I have been trying for over 7 weeks to open a merchant account with them to accept credit cards for my business!

Sagepay NEVER answer their phones, there is a recorded message saying 'call back later' then they hang up.

Sagepay NEVER reply to emails.

I am now with Barclays and very happy with their service, I am glad I realised how bad Sagepay were before I started trading with them.
