Use Mazumber instead!!!

All seemed ok at first. Envelope arrived quickly. After sending phones off, cheque took over a week to arrive. When it did it was made payable to a Samsung phone and not me!! When I called to complain the adviser said I would have to wait another seven working days for another cheque, unacceptable as it was Envirofones error. I'm not happy and will never use this company again.

We do not and can not change any of the data that is entered when a customer registers with us unless the customer calls in to request a change. We therefore did not change any of the information that you gave us when you registered and the cheque was made payable to the name that you entered. In this case it was Samsung Tocco.

Unfortunately we cannot re-issue cheques unless 7 days have passed, however you should have been given the option to change your payment to a bank transfer which would have made the process slightly quicker. We apologize if this option was not offered to you.
