PC Game Supply

very bad, invalid code and poor customer service

This is my first time to purchase game online and with pc game supply. I decided to buy from them because their price are the cheapest. Well, I don't know, maybe it is a wrong decision. First of all, I found the instruction to redeem the game is not precise, it takes a while to understand what it wants you to do. Second, I found the code is invalid and I couldn't download the game. So started a discussion with customer service, back and forth few times but couldn't solve the problem. So I called them today and hoping to resolve the issue on the phone, but no, the representative said I had to start a discussion online and she could not help me on the phone??!!! So I started the discussion and sent the screenshots and hopefully someone knows what is going on. I am still waiting for them to reply. And no I will not buy from them again or recommend to anyone.
