Regret this purchase

I have to give this purchase a very low rating due to the following reasons.

The vanity units was a brilliant idea indeed but the basin unit turned up leg damaged and no fitting whatsoever to at least fit the Basin to the wall. I have to scout at B&Q and Wickes for a fiited 15mm washer.
Lots of cuttinngs to be done on both unit to make it work well in my bathroom and this nearly discouraged me. At least I would have expected an indication or a false circular hole on the toilet unit to fit the flush button.
