The company is run by the same Directors as Go Ballooning which has got hundreds of unhappy customers.
They take as many bookings as possible which they have no way of fulfilling. Then unreasonable terms and conditions eventually render your voucher useless. I now have two vouchers costing over £100 which I have had to bin.
I would avoid them at all costs, namely because Go Ballooning is now in liquidation.
Purchased on price, they seemed competitive.
Order guaranteed for Friday, stayed in all day and no sign of it. Emailed them, they said they came and I was out. Lie. The tracking number didn't preclude to this....?!
Item sent back to there depo, no communication and when I emailed to ask what was happening they said we've refunded £36.99 and I will need to reorder again!!
Went to reply to email and they use a no-reply@ address, great! They have refunded the wrong amount, should be £45.

Joined the gym, was a member for two years. I referred 5 new members to the club and paid my membership in full. You could say i was a great customer.
I had to move to a new location and cancelled the membership via text in the agreed time. I was later informed that the text message was to cancel receiving text messages from them, not to cancel the renewal. Word of advice to the marketing department, if you dont want to mislead customers may i suggest that you dont send texts near renewal date, called renewal notice and include the word cancel.
Anyway, despite my pleas to cancel the £70 i owe them due to the misunderstanding the Regional Director said sent me a personal letter that was lovely. You can tell he understood the situation when he told me to "refer to T&C's" and go onto the "Members Lounge FAQ's". When a customer is upset surely the worst thing you can do is issue a canned letter asking them to refer to t&c's.
Anyway they have lost my future custom now all for the sake of £70, which they will not get from me anyway. Absolute shocking customer service. It would have cost them more than £70 to deal with the letters and emails i sent. I certainly will not being wasting anymore time dealing with them and can only encourage other people to stay away. Perhaps try Total Fitness which is much better at dealing with its customers. It wont be long before David Lloyd has no customers and wonders why.

Deals are brilliant too, no problem there. But the main thing i look for in a mobile phone network is network. In Manchester at least they dont have any. This is not just me, several friends are also having similar problems.
We even have an in joke about this, when one of us is on the phone to another and we get cut off we restart the conversation with "bloody orange again, they should have called it red" - because that is the colour we see everytime a call is dropped.
Avoid CPW they have zero customer service. Partner purchased a phone in blue, she only liked the phone in this colour otherwise she would have got something else.
The phone was faulty so she returned it to CPW and they sent back a brown one which looked terrible in comparison. We said this was not the phone she wanted but they were unwilling to budge.
In the end we esculated the matter to the complaints department who said that we could cancel the contract but would have to pay to leave. We were so annoyed with CPW that we just paid the inflated cost to end the contract before going to O2.
Now they are in contact again stating that we have a contract. Supposedly the contract we had has rolled over onto a new one and we need to pay to cancel that. I have reasoned with them explaining that they cannot do this but we have got nowhere. Even after speaking with the managers and complaints department, they cannot see our point of view and are just basing the situation off a computer screen and what is in the contract.
I WOULD HONESTLY AVOID THEM. I KNOW ON THE HIGHSTREET THEY SEEM VERY CREDIBLE BUT THE MINUTE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THE STORE STAFF (YOUR FRIEND WHEN YOU WAS SIGNING UP) WILL REFER YOU TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER. THEY WILL THEN MAKE YOUR LIFE A MISERY.
