Slow delivery

I ordered a present for my brother and it took 4 days for this site to email me and say it was out of stock and they expect more in March. This was not good enough and left me very little time to arrange for another present. I ordered the gifts over two weeks ago and have since received an email to say they were dispatched - I'm still waiting.
