How good can it get!

There arn't many music shops who put the customer at the centre of their operation, but whenever I have browsed, or bought through Rich Tone they have been wonderful in every way. Prices are always competitive, delivery is often free, and so fast, and the people who answer the phone are so genuine and helpful. As I said, how good can it get?
