Ordered a full bedroom set for my little boy. Delivered 2 items late, delivered a trampoline instead of wardrobes and have yet to deliver the bed. Upon querying the status of the bed three times their customer service specialist cancelled my order as it was 14 days late and told me to reorder. When I queried why the bed was late they told me it was out of stock and they didn't know when they would get more. Now left with £500 of matching bedroom furniture but no bed.
The customer service centre has no idea what customer service is.
