Products excellent

I was really pleased with all the products I bought from ProCook. The quality is excellent, definitely as good as I had hoped they would be. They were delivered quickly and packed really well. The only problem I had was that the labels in the bottom of the pans were so well stuck in I had a very difficult time removing the glue, it really took ages, even after leaving them soaking overnight it made no difference. Also, I bought a lot of cutlery, and on every single piece of cutlery was a sticky label which again did not peel off easily and left a residue of glue on every item, again taking me ages to clean off. I did ring ProCook and they apologised and said they were aware of the problem. Let's hope they get it sorted. I wasted hours, literally hours, cleaning off the glue.
