I decided to order through this company due to it apparently specialising in car audio equipment, I was mislead into believing they had a passion for this particular subject. Having placed a order for next day delivery I ordered a new stereo and accompanying equipment for a Nissan 350z . The package turned up the next day but not the correct goods. Having been into contact with customer services they wouldn't accept responsibility and initially declined to ship the expected equipment for a Saturday delivery. Eventually after much discussion on this subject they took my credit card details to try and get this delivered for today, however no goods have arrived no confirmation email for the goods and they have managed to let me down again. The returns department charge 75p per minute to get a dispute resolved and are only open for a few hours each day and seem to be unable to speak with the sales department . Managers are unwilling to speak with you as they are to busy in meetings. Beware dealing with this company !
