Terrible infact useless returns policy

I purchased a fridge freezer from them all be it in a bit of a rush .
When i opened the box i realised it was not frost free !! hands up this was my fault
on return to shop to ask for an exchange for a more expensive frost free fridge freezer , i was told rather rudely and in no uncertain terms that they would not accept the fridge freezer back as i had opened the box and the box only !!!! when i said i would be happy with a partial refund they still wouldnt entertain the idea and so have lost a sale and a customer for life .
