I bought the oven and hobs with installation service. First thing is I had to pay twice as those items I wanted were not available in a pack. They charged me for a delivery which was supposed to be free. They offered the whatever happens insurance for a £ a month (free for the first month) and then from my card 7£ disappeared. When the Knowhow company arrived with goods, they checked the existing installation and decided that they cannot install anything, because they couldn't plug in. The only required work was to change the 13a connection unit into a socket. To hard for electricians. Why they decided not to install hobs (everything on place), hell knows. Very disappointed if you pay for installation £95 (for one item), and expect only to plug.
