perfect service

The service I received from pro audio was faultless. I was originally ordering some krk rp6 monitors but changed my mind for the vxt6. I started the order for the vxts but at the payment section I decided to double check the dimensions on the vxts, I had assumed they were the same size as the rp6 but they were not they are a little bigger. as space was an issue in my mixing area I decided to leave the order whilst I mulled over the change in dimensions.
The next day I received an email from pro audio saying they noticed I hadn't completed the order, asking if there was anything I wanted to discuss regards the spec or pricing of the product. Generally offering their expertise and being helpful.
I didn't take up the offer of extra assistance but I did go ahead and order the speaker which I received the next day, and the shipping was free, oh and they were also pretty much the best priced online I could find.
