Thanks for your feedback, we do appreciate it when customers take the time to let us know of a problem and I am sorry you have had to contact us on this.

I have looked into your order situation today and can see that we have had a problem with despatching your order, which was unfortunately simply human error. We operate a computer aided stock control system here and although we had received the stock onto the shelves we had not entered the correct figure to our system thus the stock stayed safely on the shelf instead of being despatched to you!

This would have come to light through our housekeeping procedures this week, but in the meantime I have arranged to send the door knobs today via FedEx for delivery tomorrow with yourself.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused, even with the best systems in place there is an occasional problem. As a gesture of goodwill I will be pleased to extend a 10% discount on your next order. Please contact me directly if you would like to take advantage of this at any time.
