I have yet to recieve my order and when I phone up I am constantly being phobed off with the same answer 'call back in a couple of days'. Not good when deep blue cant even tell you where your order is.

I have looked into your order and it is going to a BFPO address unfortunately when we ship to BFPO addresses they are taken to the post office. Once they are handed over the only info we get is a tracking number which tells you it on route to destination. Unfortunately once it's passed over to the BFPO postal services the tracking info is very restricted.
