Thank god the product is well made!

I purchased one for myself and one for my mother. When we finally received the product we are both in love with them. I had paid for two day shipping and didn't receive a tracking number. After contacting the company, they sent me a tracking number. After tracking my package and calling the shipping company, I found out that my item was mislabeled by the shipping department! I contacted the company and they have apologized and refunded my shipping! So they made it right, but at the time it was very upsetting. Because of the quality of the product, I would order from them again!
