Goods were in excellent condition and they arrived before the estimated delivery date. However, the confirmation of my order email only arrived 3 days after my trainers, which was a bit weird but didn't really matter. Expensive postage in comparison with most competitors that offer free postage for such high value orders. Great selection of products though, much more choice than most other retailers of similar trainers
