Excellent service from the time of ordering to delivery which was exceptionally quick and on a Saturday afternoon with no extra charge. One of the cheapest prices on line.
Slight disappointment that there was no mains electrical lead or gas hose.

Was not impressed with the follow up telephone call which was disguised as a good will call to start with. Then came the issue if your appliance breaks down etc etc, we can cover you but we need your bank details. If you decide not to go ahead you have inform them in a months time.

Would use again despite my comments for the quick delivery and excellent price

I'm really sorry our great service was spoiled by our follow up call.

In regards to the appliance itself, most modern ovens are not supplied with any cables or hoses. This is due to increased safety legislation which is supposed to prevent unqualified personnel from attempting to install the appliance. We do mention this on the specification of the product you ordered. Typically most electrical or Gas Safe registered engineers will provide any cables or hoses free of charge upon appointment.

We do call customers to offer additional services only on certain products, however we do call each customer who has placed an order online via our website to confirm all the delivery details.

Each week we complete over 25,000 deliveries at a very high (99%) success rate. This is because we proactively check everything we can. Often we find customers make errors beyond neglecting to mention pertinent delivery information. While some customers may not appreciate the level of care we place on each delivery, these calls are certainly responsible for the success of their delivery in many cases.

We record each and every call in an on-going attempt to improve the quality of our services. We also have a very strict set of compliance protocols that our agents must adhere to, and we shall certainly have your call listened to and checked.

Hurst is first in my opinion

Went for this model as recommended by Which magazine. I also have matching kettle.
The build quality put others in the same price bracket to shame.
As we use Warburton's Toastie Bread which is large in dimensions it will fit in sideways.
