Great customer service!

I was really happy with my purchase from SLR Hut. The camera I wanted was cheaper with SLR Hut than any other website. After I had made my purchase, someone from SLR Hut called me to offer me other items to buy. Although this phone call sounds like a sales pitch, I wasn't pressured into buying anything. In fact they offered me something that I knew I was going to have to buy later anyway, and so they saved me the trouble of having to go looking for it! I thought that the customer service I received on the phone was great. At the end of my phone call the sales rep told me that he would make sure that the item was shipped as quickly as possible. He didn't lie and it was with me in the UK within only a few days.
