Sitting on the bench

There are some good deals, however when something does quite work out and you want a refund you have to wait a few weeks before you receive anything.
Also when trying to contact it takes a long time to get a reply... As in a couple of weeks.

We are aware that our response times are a little slower than we would like and we are working hard to improve these.
