Update: Agoda subsequently sent a series of very helpful emails confirming all our details and corresponded with the hotel on our behalf to ensure checkin was no problem.
We will continue to book with Agoda.
I have used Agoda 5 times with no issues, but unfortunately this time we have had a great deal of trouble. We have booked with OK Hotel in Iceland and want to notify them we will be checking in late, we read a review that said another patron had an issue checking in outside of 3:00-3:30 pm so we have been trying to contact the hotel directly - unfortunately they do not answer their phone and have no email address listed. We have contacted Agoda by email and phone and they simply say they "need to get back to us" but offer no way to help. This means we will be flying into Iceland at 1.30am and we do not know if we can check into accommodation despite the fact we have paid.
Very poor that Agoda cannot help us.
