Very Poor Customer Service

Ordered new mattress got no confirmation email (fairly standard practice for internet shopping), paid extra for Saturday delivery (£30)..... Day before the arranged delivery date got a message saying they couldn't deliver because of snow (understandable) but they could send Monday please call back to arrange..... tried to call back got busy message after busy message then customer services closed (frustrating)..... finally got hold of them on the Monday and arranged again for the following Saturday..... stayed in all day and waited and waited ...... no mattress (wasted day off)....... no customer service available to find out if it was on its way (again frustrating)....... phoned again the following Monday customer services were unable and certainly did even bother to explain why mattress wasn't delivered on second attempt . So further delivery slot arranged for same week and pleased (and slightly relieved) to say it actually arrived on the 3rd attempt. Mattress is good, exactly what was ordered but unfortunately overshadowed by poor poor customer service. Would not buy from these again and definately could not recommend them to anyone.
