Annuities are a daunting subject for many people but Age Partnership took control of everyhing, removing all of the "hassle" and securing a FAR better rate than my pension company were offering. The communication and regular updates were very welcome and every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and kwowledgeable. The whole exercise was completed within two weeks of submitting the paperwork , which I consider to be very efficient.

The only real downside was the collection of my forms/passport, with the courier arriving more that an hour earlier than expected - fortunately a phone call giving 20 minutes notice allowed me just enough time to check everything. The courier was very
abrupt and quoted a reference ID that I had never heard before.
