The Travel Nation Team are fantastic. We booked our RTW trip with them after a few months exchanging potential itineraries. At the time they were the only company to include a stop in Mexico as they didn't limit us to a predetermined route, which is exactly what we needed. Their staff are hands down the best customer service people we have had to deal with. Calling us in NZ at a time convenient to us (we were +13 GMT at the time) when we were struggling to change a flight to meet a table reservation in Singapore, and keeping an eye on said flight to see if at any point we could eek out a little more time there, when we had forgotten that we even asked them too. This to me is gold star service. Always considerate of our needs be it budget, time or experience, they put us first. We have had a fantastic trip indeed we are still having a fantastic trip and if anyone asks us who we booked with we always pass on the details of Travel Nation without hesitation.
