I ordered a wii-u, as SimplyGames provided the fastest delivery.
My order was supposed to be shipped on the day of ordering, and i was supposed to receive it, the following day, however... they didn't , despite my ordering the wii-u 13 hours before the dispatch cut off. I tried phoning their customer services, in excess of 30 times. Every time, all i got was a pre-recorded message telling me all their staff were busy. Emailed them, and explained my concerns, and they were very good about it to be honest, and even refunded my delivery cost. And i only received my order a day later than expected. So all in all, i would say it was a good experience.
