Fair. Wowcher credits misleading
I was disappointed when I got wowcher vouchers for only half what I had paid when my son was sent to Afghanistan. It is misleading to say you can have epic her vouchers when it is p ly for half that you paid.

We are sorry to hear that you find our refund terms misleading. We do outline these clearly in our terms and conditions and if it is more than 30 days since the wowcher was purchased then you are only eligible for a 50% credit provided the wowcher has not been redeemed or expired.
