Shipping to Qatar, I saved over $400 versus local market rates here (including shipping charges and a minimal customs duty). My one complaint was the "expected in 4 days" that was originally listed on one item. 4 days came and went and nothing. Calling this vendor was not the easiest either. Calling the New York number sometimes yielded a spansh-language recording. Calling the number in Spain did the same. The offices are open and closed according to normal working hours in Spain which should not be standard for a company that sells internationally. After multiple (more than 10) attempts, I did get through and was able to ascertain that the one item was in fact discontinued and would not be coming. A few days after that, my order shipped.

I would order again (see savings above) but would hope and pray that the order did not suffer any "exceptions". They seemed to be GREAT until I actually had to reach out to them.
