I ordered a toilet and seat via the website only to be informed the seat was out of stock. Receipt e-mail stated both items would be shipped once the seat was back in stock. Estimated in stock date of the seat was 12th April upon which date both items would be shipped (2-3 weeks after ordering). Got to about the 15th of April still no sign of the items so I phoned the Customer Service Dept, they inform me the seat was now in stock but the toilet had gone out of stock, next available stock the 30th of April. Nothing they could do earlier and the fact that I'd paid for the items already makes no difference, they don't reserve the stock for you while you're waiting for the out of stock item to come in. So in summary ordered and paid for items on the 19th March and received the items on the 30th of April - Delivery charge of £29.95!! Not Good Enough Victoria Plumb!!!!!!!
