Hotel Direct

Helpful, flexible and patient

I've used Hotel Direct a few times now and the main thing has been their flexibility and patience when I need to change or add dates to my booking. This has sometimes meant changing the hotel completely and they are happy to stay on the line while I make up my mind where to go. I also like the fact that they confirm the booking a couple of days in advance. Prices are much the same as any other site but there is a personal touch.
