I left "my protein" as their customer service was shocking. I chose Bulk Powders due to it's excellent reviews. This was my 2nd order and both have been smooth transactions. I received an e-mail a day after I placed my order which said that my item was out of stock. I wasn't bothered to much by this, it's nice to be informed! (Unlike my protein). The e-mail also said due to the item not being in stock they will send me a sample of protein. I haven't received the sample but not bothered to much by this. Really good service and I will continue to use this company. Cheers
