Custromer service nice,but not very efficient

We ordered a Pet Dog House with the next day delivery. It came damaged, so I was advised to sent a picture of the damaged part by e mail. After few days, I contacted them again, and was asked for another picture, although the first one was quite clear. The order was placed on the 2nd Feb, and until now, after eight days - the part didnt arrive... not a very good servise..
