ordered a bed to be delivered 10 days after payment was taken, stayed in all day for delivery that never came. no warning that i wouldn't be getting my item, and was told when i rang to ask where it was it had sold out the day before (i.e. NINE days after they took my money!!) offered the choice of a different item or a fortnights wait for my chosen bed, neither of which i was happy with. instead, was told i could get a refund, which i agreed to. almost two weeks later, after a phonecall and an irate email i was told they would process my refund, and 4 days later i got it. wouldn't go near this company again.
