The Allclear staff are all very friendly, helpful and patient. willing to spend their time, and they will ring back if you ask.
The on-line application definitely needs a bit of tweaking, especially if you have medical condition. To explain: if you have a secondary condition which is caused by the main/first condition, then you must add this in a specific order, (not necessarily in logical order). If you find problems with this aspect, then try adding the conditions the opposite way round.
Please note that if the quote is over a certain amount , you are directed to a page that infers you cannot get cover. You can, you can always get cover. Ring up and they will help.

I have used this insurance twice. It has very good cover, at a reasonable premium.

I cannot comment on the claims department. fortunately there have been no claims.
