I paid extra for next day "before midday" delivery. The courier did not arrive until after midday, by which time I was no longer at home.
I was told the courier was not able to return that day.
I was then told I would have my parcel by 10:30am the following day. It did not arrive. I was then told it would be with me by midday. It did not arrive. I was then told it would be with me by 12:30. Thankfully it did arrive, at about 12:20.
So, after a lot of phonecalls, and the typical but extended "prisoner in my own home" experience of waiting in for a parcel delivery, it did eventually arrive.
