Excellent Service

The chap I spoke to was very helpful and well mannered, he was knowledgable about the hotel I wanted to book and gave details of the rooms, so I coud make an informed choice. He was polite and patient, a refreshing change in a world where manners and service has taken a back seat! I was very happy with the service I received.
