very poor customer service

I bought scuba boots. They were delivered quick - that's OK.
Unfortunately they do not fit me and I cannot use them with my fins.
I have 30 days to return them so I filled return form and got auto generated answer that I would be given details soon. Week later - nothing. Went to the web site and filled another form asking for contact - got auto generated reply that someone will contact me soon - again - nothing happened.
My 30 days return time Is going to expire soon and I am left with product I am not going to use.
There is no customer service at all. This is bellow poor service.
I was planning to do more shopping with Scubastore but now I will go somewhere else.
