I just got around to going through my purchase history and realised that out of 15 online orders, they managed to fulfil 3 correctly (I am not picky, in 5 instances the wrong item was sent and had to be returned for refund, in 3 cases I was emailed to say no stock was available, in 1 case an item was sent with no power supply so was unusable, in 1 case a DVD which was cracked was sent and in the other 2 cases a faulty item was sent - I wouldn't mind so much but having pointed out all these instances they don't apologise or improve their inventory management. The worse thing is that with some out of stock items I also had other items on the same order so ended up (for example) paying a £4 delivery charge on a £3 DVD. Before anyone else points out the obvious solution-I know it, don't order from CEX online (and be cautious with in store purchases too). I definitely wouldn't buy any electronics from them again.
