i placed an order on january 29. got confirmation say delivery was 3 to 5 days. nothing arrived , no E.Mail to say it had been depatched. so i rang them after 6 days after waiting about 10 minutes i was told it will be depatched that day. 2 day later still no E.Mail to say it had been depatched, so my husband rang again the lady on the phone said it can take7 days to arrived( it was now 8 days.) she when away another 10 minutes, to say the order was now in the warehouse, it arrived saturday 11 days from ordering it. the lady was very rude and even said i hadnt rang up on the 6 day. so if my husband hadnt rang when he did order might not have been sorted yet .my phone bill for the 2 calls came to over £5. i have ordered from other companys had great service.
