Good service but fresh produce not fresh.
We bought, amongst other products, some Padron peppers. They were the only fresh item in our order. On arrival they looked some way past their best, as was confirmed when we cooked them. The other items were fine and we received very prompt and efficient service. If we use you again we will not order fresh items. Sorry!

There's no need not to order fresh items any more! We sell hundreds of bags of these a week and 99% arrive in perfect condition. As they are fresh vegetable product, you do get the odd bag that have seen better days, just like you sometimes find the odd product in the supermarket that's not 100% perfect, but we'll happily rectify the situation if you let us know. Please let us know next time you order and we'll happily include another bag for free.
