I ordered a radiator and thermostatic valve on the 20th March. I received an email immediately, confirming the order and telling me that I would be contacted to arrange a delivery. The valve arrived in reasonable time but I heard nothing about the radiator. I called plumbnation several times, to be told it would be delivered in the next couple of days, each time I called. On 4th April I phoned again and spoke to a plumbnation adviser who put me on hold to investigate. After 10 minutes I was cut off, but I expected a call back when the adviser had the information, this never happened. I called again and cancelled the order, but was told to send an email, which I did. I received no reply to my email, until the 9th April, when they phoned to tell me the radiator was now in stock, but that they hadn't received my email to cancel. I told them again to cancel the order. I ordered the radiator from another supplier and it took a week to arrive. I understand that there are sometimes delays but the customer service, explaining the delays is non existent, 1 STAR IS TOO MANY!
