Handled delay issue very well

I ordered some lenses and solution, which took longer than anticipated to be sent. I called to discuss as I needed the lenses urgently.

The person I initially spoke to wasn't particularly helpful but put me on to his manager, who handled the issue immediately, told me they were expecting to receive the shipment the following day and upgraded my delivery to next day courier, at no extra cost.

I got the lenses on time, so thank you ver much for resolving the issue.
