The Snugg

The worst online experience I have ever had!!!!

Well, what can I say, searched the web, loved the product, ordered, paid and waited, and waited and waited and waited and waited. Then asked where is it, I mean where is it, so got an email, and then another email and then another email and then another email, and THEN, three weeks later was told that the snugg prided itself in dispatching orders within 6 hours of receiving my payment and that mine had just been dispatched. Wow, my payment was accepted and charged to my account and then it only took 21 days for it to arrive. Oh, and it missed the birthday that it was bought as a present for, and then asked me for a review. How stupid are these people. Turns out mine was a preorder, didn't know this, was never told this, wasn't pointed out when my money was taken, and then apologised for the confusion, no confusion just shady practice and a lack of transparency, so don't ask me to recommend your product, don't ask me for endorsements and to really annoy me, I asked them to not send me any more emails and then they send me one and ask me to fill in this form which I doubt will ever be read by anyone of any importance or will ever be available to the public. Now must go.
