I ordered a pair of brushed steel bar stools at approx 10 pm in the evening on Saturday the 19th Jan but realised the next morning that I had ordered the wrong colour. I phoned your number half expecting to get an answering machine but was answered by a very helpful young lady called Billie. She told me they were being loaded on the lorry as we were talking but she would see what she could do and phone me back. Sure enough 10 mins later she phoned back to tell me she had changed the order and I should still get the chairs the next day. She also sent me an email confirming the change to the order. The next day (Monday) with heavy snow on the ground the chairs arrived, very professionally packed and exactly what we wanted.
I don't normally write these kind of emails but in this instance I thought your outstanding service deserved at least a thank you from a very happy customer.
