My latest booking was looking good and went through without a hitch until I realised that I had overlooked the small print that the 'shared bathroom' was down stairs. It was goiong to be risky for my elderly mother to get up at night and make her way downstairs to use the bathroom so I sent in a query. Sadly there were no other rooms available but I was able to cancel the booking without a fee and I have now made a new booking and all is looking good again. I think the true proof of good service is when something goes wrong and you are given the support you need to sort it out the best way possible. Thank you, Margaret
